Former Dallas QB . . .

. . . and Ivy league grad Jason Garrett interviewed at Valley Ranch yesterday for either the head coaching position or the offensive coordinator position. (I really just wanted an excuse to post the pic.)

Backup to Troy Aikman...hasn't coached much, so I'm not sure about this one...but at least I have HEARD of him, unlike the Chan Gailey thing...

Typically Jerry Jones. He is looking for a lap dog. Would be about as successful as Campo.

Jerry may be in trouble now. A good strong coach wouldn't take the job. (Even if he is considering Garrert for O cord. he is telling the next coach who his assistants will be) He has a billion stadium under construction and a team headed for the cellar. (a $300 million cost overrun!)

How many of you who used to set aside 3 hours at game time now find other things to do? No playoff wins for 11 years will do that. THe cowboys are becoming the Detroit Lions.

Looks like he entered the Tom Landry look alike contest.

I don't know if Jason is the answer but I personally would like to see some young pup with fire in their eyes. All of the other coaches that are old and displaced b/c they couldn't win at the last stop just gives me tired head. And some of the old coordinators have had chances at being head coaches but have had to regress back down to the coordinator jobs.

The picture is strangely hypnotic...and if they hire Jason? Yippee! He scores with the eyes. =)
