. . . an Albertson's stock boy could land a Super Bowl in Arlington. (No offense to stock boys everywhere.)

It's not about getting picked. That part is a no brainer. An Albertson's stock boy could not invite movers and shakers to meetings in order to raise funds, get commitments on support, logistics, infrastructure. Nor could the stock boy orchestrate the local hotels, airlines, transportation, security, local cities and counties and others that will need to be involved. Lot of moving parts in order to effectively respond to a bid and prove to the owners that your place can successfully and profitably host a SB. That's why you need a marquee name.

They need a committee to persuade the NFL to bring the Super Bowl after the stadium is built? Ain't that a no brainer? DUH.
It just goes to show , anyone can be on the board of directors for AMR (parent co. of American Airlines) and the leader of the new stadium.
I'm thinking Kevin Federline could find a way to land this in the crapper.
Yo, yo, no problem, yo.
