- Police shootings are big local news:
- Woah. The victims have been identified as 73-year-old Leonard Ragan and 72-year-old Jackie Ragan.
- This was in Haslet right off 287. The headlines is all we know.
- "Officers learned the driver, a 56-year-old white male, had an active probation revocation warrant for solicitation of prostitution."
- I'm not sure why some missing person cases become national news while most are never heard about.
- Oh, my.
- Trump met with the Ukraine leader at Mar-a-Lago yesterday and afterwards said this. He's delusional.
- Trump got mad about the Epstein files at Christmas time. Has he forgotten that he signed the law to release them?
- At least someone is living in the new "Gilded Age."
- Both of theses stories seem like they should be bigger news.
- An update on the Christmas day strike.
- A land strike?
- This shooting on December 9th at Kentucky State University had all the makings of a Netflix documentary even before the grand jury no-billed the case. (And we now have a bonus episode because the parents of the dead student have been arrested.)
- The Business Second™. There hasn't been an increase since 2021.
- "The lawsuit was filed on Friday in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division, by attorney Jonathan Mitchell. Defendants include the State Commission on Judicial Conduct and its commissioners." Just take a look at Mitchell's Wikipedia page and you'll have an idea as to where he will want to take this.
- It was the 50th anniversary of Hail Mary pass play yesterday. But everyone forgets the chaos that happened afterwards when an official was hit in the head with a liquor bottle. (Video from the broadcast.)
