On a happier note - everyone that was a fan of Kathi at the Whistle Stop and that misses her, Should take the time to go to The Blue Moon at Possum Lodge on Boat Club Rd at Eagle Mountain Lake and see her new restaurant. The bar is now open and I must say sitting outside watching the sunset is truly amazing. Still the same great food and the same sweet Kathi!!!
