Looks like a "slow learner". Probably didn't finish high school. I'm really trying not be be judgemental because he has several tattoo's, wearing a wife beater, and looks like he hasn't shaved or had a hair cut in a long time. I'm sure it was all just a misunderstanding (sp) and could all be solved by sitting down and discussing it over a beer.
Maybe.......maybe he will think twice before entering the place owned by another. I say good job to whoever( police or citizen) gave him the royal ass whippen. If you broke in my house, you would be reading an obituary.
This guy needs to find a new line of work, as this doesn't appear to be working out for him very well. Should feel lucky to still be alive. The pain should be a good reminder of that.

He fell...seriously...he fell...seven or eight times...all by himself...then then he ran in to a door....all by himself...ten or twelve times....
Hell, I had to pepper spray him just to keep him from falling down and running in to doors.
