Looks like Kimberly Lynn Patterson, who was indicted in March, just agreed to a 10 year prison sentence to the offense of Manslaughter in the death of Bobina Begley in April of last year in Wise County. (Messenger background story here and more background here). I didn't see it, but I'm told the courtroom scene was "tense" when the agreement was approved this morning.
It also appears that she had a dope probation revoked in what might be the worst performance by a probationer ever. The records indicate she pled guilty and received probation on October 27, 2008 with a Motion to Revoke the probation filed three days later when she didn't show up at the probation department.

The probation segment confuses me. You mean Patterson was guilty of a dope charge, got probation then because she didn't show up at the probation dept, the probation was revoked. So what happened then? Did they slam her into jail? If not, why not. I may be confused.
I hope she rots. She left 3 kids without their mom. And parents without a daughter.
its the biggest shame job involing the police dept the da office ive ever seen seen she didnt kill the women what they dont tell you is there is seven witnesses that was there at the time that kimbery wasnt even in the house at the time she was shot. now whos cover up what?

i think the guilty plea and the confession pretty much speak for itself!! unless you know something your not telling....
if you know about the second shot was you there? how about the man in the house at the time where is he hiding at and why is he hiding? what does he to be scared of? how about the one guy that got into the fight with het before it happin. they are not telling the truth on anything. when your laywer is is in someone pocket and keeps telling you life are 10 years what do you take?
I know now for sure that you did'nt finish second grade.They were just a bunch of dopers and wantabe's.Who paid the fine on the minor charge.You keep hanging with that bunch and your teny brain will smell like your butt.Dago
