Uh, Oh

I don't think the Lord would be pleased with the alleged facts contained in the first couple of paragraphs of this story about a trial going on in Tarrant County.

Edit: He was found guilty this afternoon. Punishment will be interesting. The range is 2 to 20 years in prison but he is eligible for probation.

He must have been one of those ppl that believe every word of the Bible in a literal way and tried to have more than one wife cause that's the way God wants it.

Spiritual Guidance? That poor girl got confused on where to go for some spiritual guidance and got her some Sexual Guidance instead.

Hey...where are all those BBMF believers to defend this guy?

And some jury gets all the hot details......didn't the article say they had sex sixty times during the tenure of their relationship?

Don't think a Baptist could have matched that!

In the United Methodist church, an ordained minister can be subjected to a church trial.

Barry Bailey was defrocked in First UMC Fort Worth due to some sexual behaviors with some women of the church.

But those were adults. What galls me is folks who mess with children in a church.

Forget public or church trials. Just get a rope and get it over with!

Should penalties be stiffer for criminals who use religion to find their victims?

3:16 - I'd say yes to that.
