That's GOT to be a high school.
I don't know of any college athletic sactioning association such as the NCAA that would allow that type of action to be carried on during a game.
Basketball is King in NC. That IS a college game. Go to: www.ncat.edu and www.morganstatebears.com
The game was played 02/19/2007. NCAT won: 91-79 OT (according to Morgan's website)
It looks like a fun game to attend.
