Considering (1) the number of nuts out there that you and I personally know and the thousands that we don't, and (2) the amount of press this guy has received, don't you fear that the chance of copycat killings is greater than ever?
And I don't know whether to consider the guy evil or mentally defective. I suppose the line gets very, very blurry.

To be honest with you, sounds like this guy was pissed off at the rich kids in college (at least that's the way the snipit of video fox 4 played this morning sounded).
Having a daughter off at college I have warned her of copycats....very scaring considering the psychos out there. Her campus-Texas Tech seems to be preparing even more so of any threat....but let's face it there is only so much you can do. I've just told her to trust her instincts and always be alert....what else do you do????
However, these are the rants of a paranoid person. His video gives no real "insight", because all you see is his paranoia. Like a consultant said on Good Morning America, it serves no purpose (except the shooter's) to air this video! A psychiatrist would view just enough of it to use it to get a person committed, and then chunk the rest.
May I suggest the book "People of the Lie: The Hope for Healing Human Evil" written by Dr.M. Scott Peck. Fascinating stuff.
Evil or mentally defective? Hmmm...would you feel better about 32 innocent deaths if he were mentally defective? Only place that would make a difference is in the courts. Ah, now I realize why you asked the question! Nevermind.
