I like the hard copy of the Star Telegram but its web site is horrible. There is about 2 square inches of relevant material but the rest is a mess of advertising and stale material.
Tonight hit an all time low point when a "flash" type advertisement popped up on the screen - a HUGE ad that covered half the screen (see above). The Dallas Morning News has been whipping our arse with flash ads for three years but now the ST has joined in. But the drive-me-insane moment came when I finally found the "close" button on the ad only to have it not "close". So it sat there obstructing half the screen so I had no choice other than to actually read it. As you can tell, it was an advertisement for an event that ended yesterday.

You might want to change it but no big deal, please don't put this as a comment - we all make those kind of mistakes - we read them back & immediately wonder how we did it. I due it all the time. I probably did it somewhere in here.

My husband took my 10yo daughter to the race today. They had a wonderderfull time.
When they left, two hours later(time enough that the HO's and Trollup"s should be GONE) NOT! They are in traffic, my child is waving out the truck window like everyone else, when apparently two HO/TROLLUP'S/16YO? TAKE A FIVE DOLLAR BILL FROM THE GUY IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND. THE HO'S/TROLLUPS THEN RAISE THEIR SHIRTS TO EXPOSE THEIR BOOBS.
NEXT IN LINE COMES A MAN WHO IS WAVING THE BOOBJOB GIRLS ON WHOEVER/WHATEVER HE CAN UNTIL HE SEES MY DAUGHTERS FACE!!!!FLASH! SHE'S TEN YO!

I saw too many older women with their children next to them flashing their boobs for TSHIRTS from TMS LugNuts (they are the ones that shoot the tshirts into the stands with air cannons).
