6:36pm...Maybe a former mayor pro tem was illeagaly hauling chimicals,or as he calls them his perscription, the newly appointed chief who recently stated that he doesnt want to be chief was'nt around, so we have to rely on the speed cameras to provide the story.See, those cameras are good after all.
