R.I.P. Passions

NBC has announced that the soap opera Passions (which, based upon my limited Internet research, is one weird show) has been canceled. In its place will be a freakin' fourth hour of The Today Show. And to certainly cause my early death, this fourth hour will be hosted by Ann Curry and Al Roker. Since I'm drawn obsessively to things that drive me crazy, I'll be TIVO'ing it ever day. Ann, I'll be watching your every move. (As I have many, many times before.)

I thought all liberals were caring and compassionate, especially when it came to another liberal. Are you beginning to realise why poeple are turning off the dinosaur media that is blatantly liberal and nauseating?

I don't watch soaps at all, but one day while flipping thru the channels, I stopped on a soap that had a real simian on it - an orangutan dressed as a nurse, involved in some conspiracy as best I remember. Was this that show? It was totally whacked out.

No, that was Katie Couric delivering the news.

I don't watch the news - I either get it from this blog, or fark. Both are much more timely than any network news.
