The Rednecks Have Us In A Stranglehold, Baby

"AUSTIN - Hours after Gov. Rick Perry kicked off his second full term in office, rocker Ted Nugent helped him celebrate at a black-tie gala, but not all attendees were pleased by the performance. Using machine guns as props, Nugent appeared onstage as the final act of the inaugural ball wearing a cut-off T-shirt emblazoned with the Confederate flag and shouting offensive remarks about non-English speakers, according to people who were in attendance."

Story. (Picture is off the 'net but not of the actual event - but it sure could have been.)

God bless Ted Nugent.

Is Nugent from Wise County? Must be! He would fit right in with all the Wise County Dumbasses!

No he is not, but I propose we make him an honorary citizen.

Who is more offensive “Perry or Nugent”??

Perry in my opinion is way more offensive.

We need to take a poll.

Actually I thought Governor Perry had some good points in his speech. He is against putting up the stupid wall between Mexico and Texas, supports education for everyone living in Texas and generally is making some sense on the "illegals issue". If you have been to a South Texas Wal Mart lately, you will see that there is going to be a shift in our demographics in this State.

I wholeheartedly agree that February should be black history month. It's the month with the fewest days. Although I think it should only be observed on leap years.

What a dumb move at the govenors office. It wasn't a good idea to have him perform at an inaugural ball. You never know what he might do or say. Rock concert, yes. Govenor's Inaugural Ball, no!

If you think Perry supports public education, you need to do more research. Just another example of a politician saying anything to get approval. What a joke!

Where was your outrage when slick willie and al bore had a fundraiser with whoopie and robin williams and were using profanity with children in the audience? I love the liberal mindset.

Well, I guess we know why Texans voted for Perry! Looks like it will stay RED for awhile.

Hire Ted to raise money for Rhome so they dont have to rely on communism via camera.

If you find Ted offensive try the "good" Reverend Jesse Jackson. Although it all fairness, entertainment is just that, entertainment.
