3:58, what a dope you are. Jets do "appear" to come from the water if they are coming from an ocean horizon. This is a plane. There are no mystery missile attacks over Los Angeles. For so-called journalists to call it a missile launch with no basis is really sad.

If you were standing on the coast you can not see a plane approaching at the horizon. It's not until it is approximately 37.5 degrees from your viewpoint before you actually see it approach with the unaided eye.
