3 motorcycles also crashed at this location this morning. Why do we not hear about that? That's the funniest part of it all.
Another rock truck driver with nothing but rocks between his ears.
8:10---It was hardly anything to get riled up about. There weren't any injuries whatsoever with the motorcycles.
8:15 - it's the fact of the matter. How many times each day do you the bikes pile up at one spot?

My dad drives a rock truck and was in an accident this AM. A truck going about 60 rear ended him while he sat stopped waiting to make a turn into one of the crushers in Chico. As sad as it is to see these airbrains make mistakes like that...there are some good guys out there and my dad is one of them - would really appreciate thoughts etc.

It isn't enough they tear up the roads, cause countless accidents and deaths.

Ok....So how do you suggest that the rock get delivered to destinations. Guess we don't need roads, houses, parking lots, and about everything that has to do with construction. What do you think is the biggest business in Wise County? Rock Mining. Love your taxes now, do away with those businesses. Not every wreck involving a rock truck is the rock trucks fault.

I REALLY hate going south on Hwy 101 out of Chico, past the RR crossing, just before 101 opens up to divided hwy, trucks turning right onto 101 S. NEVER stop at that stop sign. What is up with that? There are so many accidents at that location. Stop means stop!
12:42...i agree with you on that location. i also go to work in Bridgeport that way some morning and that spot and the hanson entrance just past the tracks is just as worse. dont know what the hell the drivers are thinking, they just pull right on out in front of ya. and then dont bother pulling onto the shoulder, so u have to follow their slow asses until u get to the 4 lane. 101 is not a dangerous road, its the rock trucks making it dangerous!! instead of on 114 going towards paradise, DPS needs a place on 101!!
No one ever accused them rock truck drivers of bein' bright fellers. How smart do ya have to be to hold a steering wheel? Hell, my wife can back a trailer!

have driven to B-port to work for the past 34 years, the Hansen entrance and TXI entrance are just trashy. Some mornings there is so much dust,you can't see anything. and the trucks never stop at the stop signs at the crushers or at the crossovers. Not all the drivers are like that, but it just takes one or two to give them all a bad name. Most of them are just trying to make living. My husband is a previous crusher hand, used to load the trucks, If I happened to get run off the road by one them, I would give him a call, it m;ost usually took that truck all day to get loaded.
Driver obviously had one too many Frozen FrankenMonkies!

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE REST OF YOU WISE COUNTY AMERICAN CITIZENS BUT .. IT IS TIME SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT ALL THESE ILLIGAL TRUCKERS, ABOUT A WEEK AGO I WAS ON 1810 NEARING THE RAIL ROAD TRACK WHEN ONE OF THOSE IDIOT MEXICAN TRUCKERS CAME AROUND ME AND ANOTHER VEHICLE HEADED TO 101, BLASTING THROUGH THE RAILROAD TRACKS WITH ANOTHER CAR COMING WEST ON 1810, ALL BECAUSE HE WAS TRYING TO BEAT ANOTHER OF HIS KIND TO THE CHICO MART TO VISIT WITH THE SEXY LITTLE RED HEAD ON THE NITE SHIFT. AND YEAH , I DID, I PULLED IN THERE AND UNLOADED ALOT OF MY AMERICAN VOCABULARY ON HIS NON ENGLISH SPEAKING ASSSSS! THIS IS JUST FREAKING DUMB. SOME ONE WILL DIE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL DRIVING UNDER THE SAME DL, AND SS# GOSH, LET;'S PROTEST ................
