This election was completely about race. Approximately, 95 - 98% of the blacks voted for Obama. Now tell me that this is not reverse racism.
I don't make anywhere near the triple digits, but I know that Obama will decide that I need to "donate" half of what I make to some lazy-ass person who sits around watching Jerry Springer all day instead of working. I work hard for what I make, and I don't want to be forced to give it to someone else. Obama makes millions of dollars and he doesn't even share his money with his family. We also have heard how Biden, who also makes millions a year, gave only $ 3K to charities last year.

The only thing the results from WC show is that we are mostly conservative/Republican. Check the national election map. The deep South, the near West, and the I-35 states all went to McCain. Wise County did not vote with the left or right coasts, but did vote with the heartland. That's what's important to me. Texas is still predominantly Republican. Deal with that Texas Democrats.

I didn't vote for the guy but, congratulations. The Obama campaign was ran much better than McCains. I don't believe he will be able to get much done in four years. I believe it will be another Jimmy Carter term. I believe Bush and Cheney not only got off base with Conservatives but let's face it, I beleive because of them, the rest of the world has a negative view of the U.S. Hopefully Obama can improve that opinion. I hope no one will any longer say, "Whitey is keeping the Black man down" as proof from last night. Hopefully by this election some can see that their situation is up to them. For me personally, his skin color had nothing to do with my vote but his views did. I only hope this change turns out for the better, all the talking, gossip and ugly comments come to a hault. My over estimation of the ability of the majority of the voting public to make sound judgements made me horribly inaccurate in my prognostication that McCain would become POTUS. Hubby mzchief was more realistic in his judgement of the voting majority and we have already made plans to LEGALLY establish our engineering firm and consulting firm in the Cayman Islands where ALL income generated from foreign governments and foreign nationals can be maintained without the fear of DRACONION U.S. tax laws making it impossible for hard working people to reap and maintain the rewards of their efforts. Fortunately we have NO debt and most all expenditures will now be paid for by our respective companies. We will be paid a SMALL income to enable us to have sufficient pocket change but not enough to put us in an INSANE tax bracket.
Fortunately Hubby mzchief and I are in a position to utilize this method of LEGALLY protecting our income from OUTRAGEOUS tax laws. Unfortunately, the households with two incomes such as those with a teacher and firefighter will be SCREWED over by the Democrat tax laws because they will be in the top 5% of income earners.
What most people ignored with regard to the blather spewed by Obama about his tax scheme is that he was promising 95% of taxpayers would receive a tax cut while 5% would see a tax increase. The point missed by MOST people is the fact that, according to 2006 tax records, the top 5% of tax payers are those making $153,542+ who already pay 60.14% of ALL personal federal income taxes paid in the U.S.
The good news, more than likely, my family's tax liability will be GREATLY diminished by the LEGAL actions we will take to avoid being further screwed by the U.S. tax code. Fortunately, Hubby mzchief and I derive the majority of our income from foreign governments and foreign nationals and our financial stability does not depend on the whims of the Democrats and the havoc they will wreak on the U.S. economy.
Oh, one more thing! Remember, Biden has already assured the nation, within 6 months of Obama becoming POTUS, there will be a catastrophic attack by terrorists and the majority of Americans will believe Obama will mishandle the situation and Obama's response to the attack will be inaccurate and inappropriate. Keep in mind, Obama has assured Americans that energy costs will "skyrocket" and carbon tariffs will "BANKRUPT" coal fired energy plants.
