Funeral for Audra Jackson, 40, of Sunset was to be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, at First Baptist Church in Sunset. The Rev. Charles Cleary was to officiate. Burial was to follow at Sunset Cemetery. Born Jan. 24, 1967, to Audy and Betty Andreasen Jackson in Bowie, she graduated from Bowie High School in 1985, was a secretary and a member of the First Baptist Church in Sunset. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by three children, Kasey Van Hoose, Bailie Samford and Brandon Aeling, all of Sunset; three sisters, Brenda Adams of Sunset, Pam Demases of Boyd and Lori Donald of Decatur; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Yes drugs were involved. She overdosed. I knew her very well. For people to criticize her for having three kids with different last names shows just how people can't think about the tragedy that the kids are going through.
i have only seen one suicide in 15 years in the messenger, so why would they do this one? and that one was a child predator so i can see why they did that one. i dont want to read about a suicide. what would there be to read, a play by play of how they pulled the trigger?
Funny how in the obit it didn't mention that she is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie VanHoose. He committed suicide several years ago at their home in Chico. I am told she was at the home at the time.

WOW! It must REALLY suck to be some of you people. I cannot for the life of me imagine the horrible Karma you people who are busy maligning this dead woman are brokering for yourselves.
If you wonder why the people you encounter are insensitive to your needs and feelings all you need do is remember the callous treatment you have shown a woman who did NO harm to ANYONE of you degenerates mocking her death and belittling her life.

Doubt if it will sell many books, unless he can find a really smart editor, lawyer and shrink to help him write it.........
