Yep I saw the traffic jam around 3:30 as I was heading from Ft Worth back to Decatur. I counted six DPS troopers. They had a couple cars pulled over too.
I saw the one yesterday too. That pickup looked like a car because the cab was so flat.
Everything in Rhome is f'd up, from it's leadership, to it's traffic!
it was a chaney truck, he did not stop and they were searching for him in Ft Worth..he should be fired to say the least, jailed to say the most.

Didn't see ole Thunder Tom out there. He is just pissed because his new truck won't be painted like the Sheriff's Department cars and it will set him apart so people will actually be able to tell it's him. Maybe they won't put roof numbers on it because he really needed them for the helicopter.
