Why such serious charges against her? Ok ... maybe misconduct and she gets fired. But geeeze! Lost of women enjoy doing that and, the guy being encarcerated, he obviously needed gratification. In the spirit of the season, I think she did a very charitable thing.
Is this one of these "no harm" crimes? We seem to anxious to toss people in jail for pretty superficial problems.

The VICTIM is we as a society. We have become so blah blah blah yada yada yah. And let me tell you another...
If you're in jail, you "consent" to a lot of things you'd rather not because the guards, etc. have total control and can make your life even more of a living hell. Just because this guy said OK does NOT mean he wanted to do this. In that situation, an inmate may consent in order to avoid other retributions, etc. Same basis as for why a college professor can go to jail doing the same to a 20 year old student that "consents".
