Ever been to the pyrite field nearby? I ain't telling where it is. Someone else can. A very kewl place. I have a golf-ball sized specimen I just found in the creek bed. Several crystals are over 1/4" in size, just jutting out all over the wonderful roundness! I didn't even have to dig for it....it was just laying in the water waiting for me to find it! Whooppeeee - I love rocks, minerals, fossils, arrowheads, petrified wood.......
Pyrites of the Carribean was cool movie.
Which one, 1:09?
To Barry...Did I just read that you are getting your rocks ready to show them off at a meeting on Tuesday?YOU must have SOME kind of "rocks" if it takes you FOUR days to get them ready! *SMuTTY SMiRK*
Wise County Messenger headline...Front page ! "BARRY GREEN GETS HIS ROCKS OFF AT LOCAL MEETING" . Possibly a headline for The Daily Sun... "Flambouynt small town lawyer hits the (looses the) Mother lode in front of Rock Hound meeting" !
Ahem!Barry, it is 10:35 a.m. Saturday, September 2, 2006. Are you STILL polishing your "rocks"???*GiGGLeS*
searching for hot chicks on the interweb doesn't count as "polishing your rocks"--barry.
Hmmmmmm? Here it is Wednesday evening and we have heard NOTHING about "The Meeting." Anyone else wonder HOW Barry's rocks went over and IF they were a big hit at "The Meeting" last night? *;)
