How sad for the family.
I used to work with his mother. It is a very sad situation.
When you think you are God because you have a badge ... thats when you lose your sence of authority ...all cops need to learn the difference between right and wrong ! To 9:36 don't let her babysit your kids ... he LEARNED it somewhere !
