I drove past it on the service road shortly after it happened, and from what I saw there was a pickup truck with an enclosed trailer sitting there by the on ramp with a blow out on the trailer. I can only assume that the guy in the rolled truck was avoiding the tire debris or possibly just freaked out from the blowout. Who knows, but it was a mess for a couple hours...

That concrete is so dangerous. I don't know how I manage to get by there on a daily basis without the highway jumping up and wrecking me.
