I did not know it was necessary to place a volunteer on "administrative leave"! If you are a volunteer I would think they could just ask you to leave. I assumed his volunteer fireman budies would just say, "bro, I ain't sure I want you riding in the fire truck with me anymore"!
Just another shining example of what some of our public servants are really like or up to. Cross-dressing volunteer firefighters are right up there with "arson-inclined" volunteer firefighters in my book.
You "pot" referring posters might be confusing Barry with that other ex-justice system WC lawyer - I think his name was Stephen or Steven. (Unless you know him really well.) Barry might just get his thrills from blogging and running. But, then again, I have never met Barry personally. Maybe, someday, at Frilly's.
