i never knew there was such an ordinance. colleyville definitely has no such ordinance, or at least it is not enforced. every sunny day there are at least three different car washes on hwy 26 with a guy standing there in some weird costume and waving a sign.

That chicken is almost as gay as your new pic. Well, maybe not as gay as your pic, but pretty close.
