Is it illegal to be walking around naked in a closed public building or to be caught on camera? Could you be charged in your own home if picked up by a secutiy camera? Are there privacy issues with be filmed without consent?

I'm sorry but, walking around naked in a government building after hours or during working hours is bazaar. There has to be a story behind that one (doing the hokey pokey with someone) otherwise, he's just a freak.
In most cities, it's not a crime to be naked in public. You just can't be lewd. You can walk buck naked down the streets of Fort Worth if you want, as long as you're not doing anything lewd.
Lots of naked boys in a public building right before or after a football game, as they get dressed or take showers. And there, others can see. In this case, a naked guy nobody could see.
To Barry... I think YOU should give it a try and report back to US regarding the legality of walking about a public government building "bare arsed nekkid." *;)
