Think the kid will have mental issues with getting his license when he turns 16? What a bad situation.
Could somebody tell me why the 17 yr. old wasn't driving ?
To avoid a few raindrops, and you're dead. What parent puts their 12 year old behind the wheel. Never mind....that would be responsible parenting. My bad.
