Plus the face is not emaciated as the body is. You know, I wouldn't be surprised if there are people sitting in jail right now for child porn that actually wasn't, but instead was tricked up to be. The technology is that good. We need to use our brains and common sense to know the difference between fake and real.

It would be DOUBLE gross IF the photo had NOT been Shop'd.
If you view the image with Photoshop at 1200% you can tell the pixels are DISPLACED and it has been shop'd.
