OK, now, she's kind of nuts ... but "trash"?? Look, if the facts in the stroy are right, she's entitled to the $250K for half of the proceeds from the house. And that's probably all she's after. The punative damages were probably just thrown in to give her some negotiating leverage.
I agree she deserves nothing. And it is not because she is female, it is because she is another freeloader with a case of i-want-my-life-for-free disease.
You can say that everyone is a woman hater but if she were black you would say we are all racists; if she were a lesbian, it would be because we are all homophobes.
I will claerly and plainly say I am against those that sit on their ass and want a free ride from those of us who work and are contributing members of society.

She deserves nothing. She's lucky she's only on probation. If anything, he deserves to keep every penny he's got.

Black people want a free ride because of slavery. We stoled their heritage so they therefore get a free ride.
Women want a free ride because they laid on their back a few times. We stoled their &%*# from them so therefore they get a free ride.
