I don't get the whole voter intimidation thing, it is not like they are following you into the booth to make sure you vote their way. These guys are their looking for confrontation so they get their 15 minutes.
If it was a bunch of guys in white hoods I think the cops would probably clear them out though. I think voter intimidation should be equal opportunity.
