Former Channel 5 Anchor and Viral Video Star Arrrested
The highlight of the story has to be when he allegedly tells his girlfriend, "It's time for you to die like O.J." I know what the guy meant, but the girlfriend should have replied, "You killed O.J.?" Either it would have diffused the situation with a discussion about sentence structure. Or it would have ended very badly.

So, they arrested him AND the video?
I used to watch him on the news as I got ready to go to word in the mornings. Always liked him until one Feb 14 when the show cut to Katie Curik (sp?) for the regular every morning check-in with the Today show. Katie (jokingly) says to Michael, "It's Valentines Day. Michael, would you be my Valentine?"
An obviously "taken aback" Michael Scott (and I swear he blushed!) said sincerely, " All you have to do is name the time and place, Katie; I'll be there!"
I thought that was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional on BOTH of their parts!
Seems Michael wasn't around much longer after that. I guess others didn't like it either.
Michael just couldn't handle his snake!
You left out that he was once a democratic candidate for the house of representatives.
What do you expect? He's black and a democrat. Resume enhancement. Just ask Jesse Jackson Jr. and John Wiley Price.
