Just heard on noon news--it seems the bullet hit his kevlar helmet. I was wondering about that myself since yesterday evening.
On the 10 pm news, last night, over 12 hours ago, the report was he was shot above his right eye and was conscience, alert and able to respond to EMTs.
Sounds to me like more of a grazing shot above the eye than a cranial penetration.
Can we please get back to all the benefits Unions are to this nation??
