Not disagreeing with you-but if you're a Wise county resident, you might want to check your spelling and comma usage before you tout the intellectual prowess of the denizens.
I have lived (existed) in Wise county for 15 years. While there are pockets of intelligence, they are sparsely populated. And most of the marginally intelligent are border line racist bigots. Before you invite me to leave, that process has already begun.
Bissinger is the guy that wants college football banned. He feels football “is antithetical to the academic experience.” Just another arrogant, pseudo-intellectual blowhard who hates that his academic accolades growing up, were overshadowed by what the jocks did. The average IQ in Dallas will be fine once his jet hits cruising altitude.

Let's see if he can get a job at the Mess, they know talent. 7. His web site says "Highly Acclaimed Author". That's funny right there, I don't care who you are. 8. I got $50 bucks that says he's never dipped Copenhagen or done meth in his life. 9. "Highly Acclaimed Author"....still laughing my ass off on that one. 10. He lives in Philly, at least part of time. Philly? Seriously? Minus 100 points for living in a cesspool of humanity.
I am amused at the obvious lack of intelligence displayed in the posts attempting to demean others and question THEIR intelligence. No wonder our children have NO respect for other individuals today. This is what society has created and the posts on BG's blog support this.

I think that might be true of Wise County, but not necessarily Dallas.
