The list of 15 North Texas Chrysler dealerships on the chopping block has been released. Edit: The GM list has just been released. Will have it in a moment. Edit: I thought.

It is good to see that Karl Klement is NOT on the list. When the dealership used to be "King Karl Klement" Hubby and I called it KKK Ford/Dodge.

Do you have the GM list? Are there any local dealerships on that list?

Fine with me; if you can't run a business without going in the "red" you don't deserve to run a business. Should happen to all the businesses who are too stupid to balance their corporate checkbooks.

Looks like the Union of Socialist American (USA) Republics is shutting down dealerships in Republician neighborhoods. Good call Obama, but you missed Decatur?

When the G men let the Japs sell cars here and use our tax loopholes to build plants here is the day we screwed ourselves. Veterans of the Pacific Theatre must be rolling in their grave.

no the day america went donw the crapper was when the towelheads were able to get low to no intrest loans that the common citizen could nnot gain access to and built all the hotels now that the big three are getting thier butts handed to them we want to blame the japs well i hate to say it but if they build a better car and sell it for the same price or lower then they will get the bussines if the big three want it back then they had better wake up and get competive

I grew up in Dallas near the Ford assembly plant on East Grande Ave. All the vehicles that came out of the plant had a decal on the rear window that said "Built in Texas by Texans." Not untill I got it home did I discover that my Dodge truck was Built in Mexico by Mexicans. My next truck will be a Tundra, Built in America by Americans. Keep the jobs in America.

I'll never buy American again, because they can't compare to Hondas and Toyotas. National pride comes second to value and quality.
