What an idiot. First, wear panties. Second, if you didnt, you perhaps shouldnt be on the front row of any pictures. The mother is an idiot too. All the yearbooks should be reprinted because she didn't teach her child the above? Didn't hear her offer to pay for the reprinting.......

the school is reporting that annual sales are thru the roof, they can't keep up with demand.
Good grief. She made the choice to go to school with no panties on and then sit in way that exposes it. I'm not sure she didn't do it on purpose; I think the position of her hand is suspicious. And now her mom is blaming the school for exploiting her daughter as she talks about it on CNN????
They're both in it for the money they plan to make when they sue the district for a bajillion dollars.

Reminds me of my ex-girlfriend-she NEVER wore panties under any circumstances because she hated panty lines.........I never understood why she feared panty lines so much!!!
Well, she came by her pure dee, straight up, slap dab, white trashiness honestly- at least.
She was consientious of her appearance enough to not wear panties so panty lines wouldn't be showing but, gave no thought to her poonanee that WOULD be showing?

Mom is "slightly monied" white trash. She is either:
a) also a dumb a--.
b) honestly thinking she can parlay this into some kind of lottery winning lawsuit.

Isn't there a law about deliberately looking at an underage kid's vagina? Or for that matter deliberately sending the picture to others? Once a person knows what's in the picture, and that person's only intent is prurient...well, there's a lot of folks doing ten right now for no different.

Sounds like fairly typical nanny state mentality.
1.)Mom failed miserably to teach 16 year old daughter how to behave like a decent person and avoid public humiliation.
2.)Mom probably knew 16 year old daughter wasn't wearing panties the day she left for school photos.
3.)Mom demands school administrators do something to remedy the consequences of 16 year old daughter's actions.
4.)Daughter claims she is being humiliated by the people passing out the yearbooks for which she voluntarily flashed her fuzzy girl parts.
More proof that, more often than not, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Neither one of these two are the victim or as innocent as they'd like you to believe.
