If you do not want to get beat up by the PO-Leece, do not break the law, do not speed away from a traffic stop, and do not run away or resist arrest.
This method has worked for me so far. This guy needs a couple of boots to the head.
Obviously, that guy failed to follow Chris Rock's advice; "Everybody knows, if the police have to come and get you they're bringing an ass kicking with them."Why would a guy named Richard Rodriguez have the name "Flores" tattooed above his upper lip? From the looks of things running from the cops isn't the worst personal choice made by Rodriquez.

Oh My! I'm sure the Police Officer's Mother is so proud! Abuse is Abuse, I don't care what side of the fence your on! I guess one could say the offender earned that kicking by running away, but I disagree. Let ye who has not sinned cast the first stone, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I saw a church sign onced that said, "God doesn't judge me until I'm dead so why should you?" I don't agree with running from the cops, but I'll never agree to physical abuse for anyone.
Police=schoolyard bullies all grown up. They get off on the power and the ability to be abusive and get away with it. It's reprehensible.

2:04 - not true. I know many local police officers and a few state troopers. ALL are smart and good family men. How would you react if you were chasing down a known felon and gang member who wouldn't think twice about popping a cap in yo' ass?

Many policemen ARE bullies; I agree that there are some good ones out there, but there are many who are abusive a-h***s who use their authority to bully others. Don't worry; won't call them; I have my own gun.
It seems painfully obvious the police officer was trying to step on a bug or something that was attempting to crawl on the man's arm and while attempting to step on said bug, his foot slipped causing his right foot to shoot out in an attempt to catch his balance. The young man on the ground should be thankful the officer has quick reflexes and caught his balance before slipping and possibly causing his gun to go off.
Agree with 12:00 p.m. Known gang member; shoot him and be done with it. (Or maybe we can rehab him and put him in charge of one of the new government owned corporations).

I guess I don't have a problem with the cops just shooting scumbags like that on site. And if they abuse the privelige, then we would get to shoot a few cops on sight. Yea, there would be a few mistakes here and there, but the world seems to be overpopulated anyway. What the hell, a hundred years from now no one will know the difference.
