These events are usually referred to as accidents. As in, "By accident, Jim was driving 110 miles per hour and weaving in and out of traffic threatening the safety of others and then also by accident he drove into a tree".
i am glad that manspd did thier job this time i had a friend in a bad accident who had to ride off in an air evac helicopter and the cops instead of doing thier jobs and collecting all evidancd aqnd statments they just said who cares wrote a half wit report and cost my friend a lot of money i hope that this never happens to anyone but always be aware in mansfield because the police thier are not

I work with this guy, we still have not heard his condition yet. Will update later.
