If you will look at a calender you will notice that he was the governor of Texas back then. I didn't see Teaxs going down the tubes under his control. You must be one of these people that thinks W. raised the price of oil and gas. Supply and demand was explained in government class in high school. Pretty simple system that will regulate it's self. If you will notice when the price of gas got high, the demand dropped drastically. This brought the price back down to that of several years ago. Obama getting into office didn't cause this. At all. Wake up before it's too late!
