Jarhead, How do you know he is a democrat? I went to the CNN website but there was no mention of his party affiliation. I'm sure if he was a Republican, it would have been in the first sentence of the first paragraph. If he had been convicted of tapping his toe in a bathroom stall, it would not even have been reported.
