As I sit in the Fort Worth hearing room for driver's license suspensions for the third time in as many days, I noticed (in a day old paper) that former Bridgeport coach Tina Slinker has been fired at UNT.

It's not surprising,I don't think I could ever trust anyone named Slinker.
Tina Slinker was and still is a class act. She played at Wayland Baptist College back in the days when they had one of the best women's programs in the state and she played some pro ball before becoming an assistant to Marsha Sharp out at Tech. She always had competitive teams while at Bridgeport, and we always knew we were in for a tough game when our team at Decatur played against the Sissies when she was there. I still remember the year Decatur and Bridgeport both had great teams that made it to the Regional tournament back in the mid 80's and her team made it to the finals. If I'm not mistaken, I think she was at UNT for 19 years making her forth in terms of longevity at one school for active women's college coaches.
Oh no!! 9:33 is getting ready to go down the "God must not be real if we're not puppets on a string with him as a puppet master" road. Really old argument and SHALLOW reasoning!!

Why was she fired? Safe bet that it wasn't for having sex with a teenage boy.
Bridgeport Girls Basketball was something else when Tina coached.
Those were the good ole days.
Where's the link to the story???
2:42 - could have been for having sex with a teenaged girl.
Who knows except God?

It's probably always been going on.
My high school coach got fired back in the early 70's, but it was kept hush-hush.
I always thought she was kinda funny lookin', but I was to naive to know what was really going on.
She didn't bother me, but now I realize why there were some really high-strung biatches in my PE class.
6:15, if God knows things like that, then why does God just sit and watch when the most awful of things are happening to innocents?
9:33 - Go ask a preacher or maybe one is reading this Slinker stuff and can answer.
