They want to catch any people trying to view the site with .mx TLDs. They watch their familia cross the border in real-time!
This is fishy. It says "pubic", not public. Something that official would not have that slip through. Plus, only a poor copy of the state seal...no agency info, etc.
If I am understanding this correctly.... Texas is asking the public to watch the borders for illegal immigrants and criminal activity?
You're absolutely correct Grits. They want you to sit at your computer and call the Border Patrol if you see anyone coming across instead of working like you're supposed to be doing.
