Ex Parte is the annual law school Halloween costume party sponsored by the Student Bar Association. That particular student was part of a duo portraying the main characters from The Birdcage. Prizes are awarded in various categories including best "gender-bender" costume.
At least they didn't make fun of Negros this time.
Barry is just jealous because the only party the Baylor law students had was Mickey's across the river.
