6:12. You are so right! All schools should have lockers for the kids! Lockers have been around in schools for eons, for good reason! However, DISD seems to think other items take precedence. Things like building tracks behind the new high school and lighting that track and that gorgeous practice field, installing an exceptionally expensive iron fence around the football field, etc. You can forget lockers until after DISD has Story's new artificial turf on the football field and his indoor football practice facility built!
High time parents of these kids decided to straighten out board members' heads! Who is up for unelection this spring on the board? Need some practical-minded, independent thinkers who can't be "bought" or "flattered" into the current mindset of taking care of anything athletics while ignoring what should be THE priorities!
Man - the HR department at TXI is pretty damned serious when they lay off someone. Look how they are escorting that man out the door. In cuffs and shackles!

The bleachers and fencing is great! Kids don't carry 39-49 pounds of books. That sounds like an irresponsible exaggeration! Sounds like someone is beating a drum for nothing. Our kids could benefit from a little physical fitness. Quit listening to idiots and focus on student learning.

Be a damm good place to build a bussiness.Maybe some of Obama's relatives can go to work there and get democratic money giveaway. By the way;I don't and never worked there.
