Hey, I'm Fair And Balanced

I'm don't think that characterization in the title of the video is fair. I'm no fan of Robertson, but I think what he was trying to say was,"If you're going to cheat on your wife when she is in that condition, whey don't you just go all the way and break ties and get a divorce?"  I'm not saying that's good advice, but he's certainly not telling everyone to divorce a spouse who suffers from that disease. (And did some "liberal wienie" edit that video at the end. It looked a little spliced.)

I don't care for Pat Robertson either, but I kinda see what he means........... if you have to screw someone else atleast have the deciancy (sp)to divorce that person before you do it. I do have trouble if it is a spouse in a real illness however. I would never desert my husband at a time like that ......I'd want to take care of him as I'd hope he would me. On the other hand this is a difficult call..........brings to mind the old saying........' until you have walked in those shoes '..........you get the picture.

I think you mean "fairly unbalanced".

He is saying do not commit adultery. Usually, this disease happens after 70 and to me a spouse should be done with the notion of needing a new spouse.
You could have special friends to help pass the time, but should stay faithful to your spouse, as in the vows "for richer or poorer in sickness and good health".
Robertson must be losing his thought process, hope he is okay.
