This is ONE civil case pre-trial hearing in Decatur this morning. Something about some medical device but it is not a malpractice case. I count 18 attorneys.
Edit: Oops. It is a personal injury case (that actually floated around in federal court for a while.) Background here.

It is what is wrong with this country! Too many folks figured out how to make money complaining about somebody else. We should all just try and get along. If we used all the illegal's as test subjects for the medical procedures and we refused to allow to them to have any rights, it might solve some of the arguments before they get started. Use the folks that cannot do anything about it to fix it before selling to the rest of us. That is of course if they chose to stay!

It kind of looks like Bruce Issacs is all slumped over but he is criminal defense!!! Maybe there is more money from civil???? Hmm, it might not even be him. oh well.
Why did District Court remove courtdates from the internet? They said it was a mistake and that the info wasn't suppose to be available on the WWW???
It was so convienent to check when needed. Now we're in the dark again.
