How long does that take, on average? DUH! This same scenario plays out, over, and over, and always in 'safe zones', where guns are banned. Why there? Because, while the perp may be a wacko, they aren't necessarily stupid, and they know they can wreak their havoc on innocent, law abiding, and therefore defenseless, people, without interference. DUH! A Concealed Handgun License holder has never done anything like this, at least not yet.
Horn Dog, it seems that 11:43 is pro-licensed concealed guns on college campuses and jumped to the conclussion that 9:38 is against them and was being a smartass. 9:38's comment seemed to me like they might just be for it too, but I suppose everyone can draw their own conclusion.
Does it make sense to pass gun laws to prevent honest citizens from carrying to protect themselves while enacting Operation Fast and Furious that supplied expensive and high caliber weapons to the Mexican drug cartels? Can any of you liberal weenies explain Obammy's thinking on that genius move?

My point is, those that intend to protect innocent, law-abiding people from gun violence by banning guns continue to ignore the fact that these wackos go to exactly those places to carry out their sicko dastardly plan. And while they certainly could, the historical fact is that no Concealed Carry License holder has done anything of the sort, to date. What's "retarded" about that?
