Just got a call from somone in Ponder about the explosion next to Lowes in Decatur why is it that I can't find anything about it on our update really!!!! I had to hear about it from somone who isn't even in Wise County.
Medics and fire units were dispatched to a gas well site near Lowe’s in Decatur shortly after 9 a.m. Monday for a possible explosion. Emergency radio reports indicate at least one person is seriously injured, and the patient was expected to be flown to a Metroplex hospital. A company spokesman at the scene would only say that a worker was blown off the rig floor. More information will be posted as it is available.
