Does the action "endorse" a particular religion (which the Supreme Court condemns)? The only way to honestly answer that question is to not factor in his particular religious preference. Would you feel the same if it were a Muslim governor inviting other governors to an Islamic event in order to call upon Allah? What about Buddhist? Jewish? Jehovah's Witness?

I suggest we lock him in a bathroom stall with Larry Craig, Anthony Weiner, Sarah Palin, Bill Clinton, Ahnold Swartzneggggggerrrr, Andy Dick, Glenn Beck, and that guy from stupid Geico commercials with the "does the buck stop here" nonsense, and put a time lapse camera on them for a couple of months just to see what happens.

If you were in a Muslim nation you would expect them to call upon Allah. Since we take pride in our Christian heritage maybe we ought to demonstrate their same faithfulness except instead to the true God.That makes sense to me and i believe most Americans would agree. Maybe the silent majority should no longer remain silent
Might want to check that constitution again there. I believe it bans the federal government from endorsing a religion. Last I heard Rick Perry was governor of the state of Texas.

I think its funny that prayer is not allowed at high school graduations, but the governor can call for a prayer meeting with other governors.

If God wanted our economy to be better, what's stopping God from making that so? Surely at least one person in this country has already asked for as much in a prayer? The answer is "NO".
I predict his presidential announcement will be coming shortly thereafter.
