Is a copy of the Search Warrant available?

Well....well...

This confirms she was drinking and driving. Otherwise, why would she care if the results were suppressed?

if this fine young lady did in fact commit the offense of dwi then she should be tried and convicted but this can only happen if the police did thier job properly in obtaning a search warrant and getting her blood. the police say that she was going 90 mph+ in a 65 but all we have is thier word agianst hers. who are you gonna believe? now dont get me wrong i want all the drunk drivers caught and off the road but at the same time i also want the cops to follow proper procedure in gathering evidence so that they are not able to get off because a cop didnt do his job properly.

Perhaps the defense lawyer is correct and the judge made his ruling in accordance with the law. Would not be the first time the police or prosecutors got it wrong. Just saying...

Were sex and/or money involved in said suppression of evidence?

Just wanted to let you know that the convict on Grey's Anatomy this week looked like you a bit.

I know. Instead of "praying for the family" when there is a tragic loss, let's all pray today that nothing bad happens to anyone tomorrow. Has anyone ever thought of this? Ah, but we won't do it because....we know....it won't....work....now will it? And why won't it work? We know why, but we just won't admit it.

The general public doesn't care. They don't trust the corrupt politicians no matter what. He's a judge and you guys are all buddies.

Is that it?

The fix appears to be in.

Uh oh--9:13 PM is one of the shallow-thinking "if God exists He wouldn't let anything bad happen" people. Everytime somebody says something about praying for a family after a tragedy, these shallow-thinkers come out. You see, it's actually a DEEP concept to consider that there's a God who hasn't made string puppets of us all, in spite of Him creating us. Just try actually THINKING of the concept of free will for a change, and you'll begin to get the idea. Their idea of God is a teeny-tiny one, involving a teeny-tiny world and a teeny-tiny universe.

And a teeny-tiny mind

Justice is different for those with power. Why is Madoff sitting in his $7 million dollar digs; he stole $50 billion dollars for God's sake. Looks like the defendant is getting help from her crony friends. Makes me sick.
