Does This Look Like A Wise County Family . . .

. . . that would be arrested for meth? I wonder which one has the most remorse? And that one on the lower right kind of looks like the actor from Speed Racer and Alpha Dog.

What kind of question is that? Hell yes they look like 75% of Wise County families and they're darn proud of it. NEXT!!

What a poor excuse for parents. I don't care how old these boys are now. I'm sure this is the direction their parents sent them at a very young age.

So sad for the boys. The parents have no excuse.

Bottom right looks like Tony Soprano's son.

I just read the press release sent out by the Sheriff. The guy in the top left corner was a former inmate that the Sheriff put to work when he got out. He screwed that up............I think the Sheriff has a good idea helping people find jobs when they get out. Tony Jones is a dumb ass for cooking dope and working at the Sheriff's office thinking he would get by with cooking dope.........hang 'em high.......

Wow, what a healthy looking group. That must have been an interesting household.

On the Star-Telegram article, I thought that there were "trustees" at the jail, not "trustys." Some one enlighten me, please.

Guess I'm not keeping up with the Jones's?

Remorse? Uh, it's the mom, right? The other three have looks on their faces like they don't know what remorse is, or how it's spelled

The Druggie Bunch
(to the tune of "The Brady Bunch")
Here's the story/
of a man named Tony/
who was bringing up
two very "special" sons/
They learned the drug trade/
from both their parents/
They all stole vans and guns

You get the idea
feel free to offer additional lines, and I mean lyrics, not the kind you snort

Good question 1:27 PM--People have gotten to calling them "trustees", but that's not right. The correct term came out of slang reference to a "trusted inmate" being a "trusty". A "trustee" is a person who manages a legal trust. In fact they are not even pronounced the same. "Trusty" has the accent on the first syllable, and "trustee" has the accent on the second syllable. My mother (an ex-English teacher), goes nuts when people (including journalists who ought to know better), refer to jail trusties (plural for trusty) are referred to as trustees. In fact, even jails get it wrong often, and print the title "trustee" on the back of their uniforms. There you have it, the ultimate geek explanation for your question!

Wow, look at the big brain on 3:11!
That actually hurt.

And y'all are housing our criminals? Ha!

Our commissioner's are having a shiate fit over the prices your "prick" Fire Marshall, now our Sheriff is quoting to fix our problems. First it was $250,000, now it's about a million. Oh, and that's not including all the new cop cars and uniforms he's wanting.

I think they should go out for bid, and not just let the folks who built the "state-of-the-art" Wise County jail do all the work.......

Somethin' just ain't right here in Gawd's Country........I'm talkin' to you, Mr. Cunningham, you bat-out-of-hell drivin' guy. Do you think you're still in Wise County or somethin'?

1:26 p.m., u never kwow who will snitch. We love the drug culture, one arrest will lead to 10 or 20. LONG LIVE LEROY BURCH.

Anonymous said...

Hm..wonder how much of his home cookin he was selling at the jail.
Walker this is a nice arrest, but what the heck were you thinking when you hired this guy. Or maybe the feds looking at the Montague County jail has suddenly shed some light on the Wise County joke, I mean Wise County Jail!

Anonymous said...

Maybe you all can feel "better than" this family, and sleep tonight because your home is not "dysfunctional".... That is the only purpose I see in your impassioned condemnation of this foursome... oh no...maybe you are just seeking a pathetic form of entertainment... if so... wack off to some of the pics posted on this blog, and keep your moralizing to yourself.

jones didn't do a good job, he was shady to begin with but he'll be a trustee again here sometime soon. way to go wise county for hiring a convicted felon who probably brought in contraband into the jail. Please thank your jail administrator but then again this retarded family is in stripes so it does some justice.

Chico, maybe Bridgeport. For sure ref haters at every ball game. " you chetin bastrds, who paid yall off", He'd all over my boy" you know the type

They arrested 7 other people at their house other than members of the family.

So that's at least 11 POS's cookin' out there.

So I guess it'll be cool hanging out in the hoosegow with yer ol' pappy.

But at least mom is in the same building.

I recognized that lady as one of the walmart employees. She's been there a long time. Always seemed nice.

Anonymous said...

I work at the Jail and can assure you that Jones and his entire family will NOT be "TRUSTY" inmates ever again. Walker had a meeting with the Jail Administration and made it clear, and I mean crystal clean that Tony Jones WILL NOT be a a TRUSTY or TRUSTEE....matter of fact, Walker told us that if Jones was even considered to be a TRUSTY that our job would be over at Wise County. I have never seen Walker pissed, but I did just the other day and he was pissed.

Montague County is so lucky to have the new sheriff who learned how to spend money here at Wise County on the jail! It will be a million by the time he is finished because every remodel is a million!

Get ready to pay more taxes because this new sheriff got his training here where there is NO limit on how much is spent!

Anonymous said...

The mom is innocent, I know her and she is totally a victim!

Anonymous said...

Again the mom is innocent. Didn't this guy even fool the Sheriffs Dept.
You Lawyers on here get off your arses and get her outta there.
Just look at her picture she is crying.
Tears are our deepest prayers and you will be held accountable now that you are advised.

I KNOW I am better than that band of meth cooking/selling criminals who have added to the burdens of countless people who have bought their toxic sludge. I will sleep better knowing that a household chock full of criminals is behind bars. If you cannot see that the parents of those two young men are, to a great degree, responsible for the ruined lives of their children then you really are out of touch with reality. The Jones Gang made the personal CHOICE to participate in criminal behavior, that harms society, thus I have no sympathy for any of them due to the position in which they have put themselves.

If you want to feel sorry for someone, feel sorry for the taxpayers who are footing the bills to house, feed, clothe, prosecute, defend and guard the scumbags.

I feel bad for Vonda too and she may not have been "manufacturing" the stuff like the rest of them but, she dam well had to know what was going on around there. If I had a husband who has spent at least 3 times in the pen for the same problem, you can bet my radar senses would be on full alert for any signs of meth activity happening again.

Another thing. How stupid are these people? Doesn't Doug Whitehead's daughter live next door?

Anonymous said...

Why did that guy sit in the Wise County jail for THREE YEARS? What happened to speedy trial,etc...sounds like the Wise County taxpayers paid for 3 meals a day for this guy for three years insted of sending him on to the state pen because he was a "good hand'. Seems like we would learn a lesson from the wood working trusty

I'm still dying to know how an officer was injured in the first raid. Did he happen to slip and bust his butt on some dog poop?

He choked on a donut, 9:33AM.

She did work at WalMart and was totally a sweet girl that worked hard. I don't know the particulars, but I hope someone does jump in and see if she is innocent or not.
Come on you Lawyers that handle plenty of dirt bags for money, do something nice for a change!!!

mzchief...FYI, For enlightened human beings, believing yourself to be "better than" other people (even meth addicts) is considered a gross display of ignorance. Let me guess.... your a Baptist?

It's always Vonda,Vonda,Vonda!!!!

The "Work after you are an inmate program" pays a smooth 30,000.00 + annually. It's public record if you care to check. And your commissioners approved it.

mzchief said...

To anonymous 2:41...
My believing that I am better than others is not due to ignorance it is due to a value system vastly different than yours. If you do not believe you are better than people who prove themselves to be a blight on other people and humanity there is something wrong with your self-esteem and your value system.

Though I was raised as Catholic as well as Jewish I am agnostic and have a thorough dislike for all religions that profess to be the "true religion" and declare their myths and fables as the ones that explain God thus granting that religion exclusivity to knowing the right path to God.

Not only were you grossly mistaken with regard to your two assertions your assumption as to my religion could not have been more wrong. Based upon your skills of deductive reasoning I highly suggest you avoid work that requires such skills.

Congratulations, by anyone's standards, you have more than proved yourself to be a MORON!

Thanks, you have been a source of entertainment on an otherwise dull evening.

I thought you were inocent until proven guilty. I think that is the way the law reads. It sounds like you have already convicted all of them.
I heard that they were buying the place from Doug Whitehead and his daughter lives next door. Don't you think that if something bad like this was going on the BIG BAD WISE COUNTY SHERIFFS dept. would have been on it the first day.

Heard Vonda is out???

mzchief.... You are a blast! I love bitter agnostics.....so much more fun than evangelical christians with predictable answers.....

Anonymous said...

Anyone know who bonded Vonda out?????

Anonymous said...

Someone must believe in Vonda because she is out of jail. Does anyone know who bonded her out???

Anonymous said...

Who knows, maybe she was a victim of circumstance.....but she had to know something, what with all those other scumbags hanging around all the time. As far as I'm concerned there was only one victim in all this mess..... that poor baby, bless its heart.

Mr. Mike Honcho said...

2:41pm... while I admire the way you stirred up the ol gal, now you have forced us to endure another round of her histrionic-I-hate-on-religion blah blah. Thanks. *rolls eyes*

And yeah, I am better than you.

mzchief said...

To Mr. Mike "Nacho"...
Wrong again! I saw 2:41's anonymous 9:02 comment several hours ago and blew it off, as just another petty, poorly crafted, moronic assumption made in an attempt to be offensive, much like I am oft to do with your lame commentary.

Thanks for, yet again, meeting my low expectations of you and your less than intelligent commentary.

I bet mzchief is hot. I would do stuff and things to her while listening to her talking smart.

Vonda was bailed out by her sister.... I heard she was standing by her husband.... not a very bright idea..look where it got her....I hope she is inocent and can get on with her life.
