I've tried to listen to him but, find myself being too embarrassed for the guy as he stammers away like some village idiot. "We could uh, I will um, excuse me, bear with me now I haven't had much sleep in the past 48 hours and I'm kind of tired..."

He lies- criticising McCains energy plan by saying "We can get that by just properly inflating our tires..." We should promote those kind of measures yes but, it results in a 3% savings per vehicle per year. You would have to be retarded or on crack to believe that would compare to opening up new drilling.

My little bantered, off the top of my head answer was eleventy billion times better than his anyway.
Obama is a not too bright socialist who is totally out of his depth.
He offers change and hope (maybe we should shorten that to chope)but, votes with the flow 90+ percent of the time and actually with Bush nearly the same amount.
His running mate isn't noted for any radical departure from politics as usual and has been in Washington nearly as long as Obama is old.
If he were not black and a Dem. he'd been long gone- the media would not have put up with his crap for 5 minutes and would have taken him to task.
To compare Palin and Obama- Palin was a city council member and chairwoman for four years, mayor for six years, ethics commissioner for four years and governor for two years. Combined she has 16 years of experience.
Obama has been a state senator in Illinois for seven years and a U.S. senator for the past 3 ½ years, two of which have been spent running for president.

If the economy is stagnant it is so partly because there are so many business people and manufacturers afraid of what will happen if Obama becomes president.
Obama lies about his association with Bill Ayers an unrepentant terrorist bomber by saying ,"I was 8 years old when that was happening" OK but,he wasn't 8 when they were in each others homes and chairing for the Annenburg Challenge Foundation.

Obama did not even show up for the final vote on the stimulus package!
Freddie Mae and Fannie Mac were created to make home mortgages more available- sort of a deregulated, regulatory agency to put more people in homes (they obviously, we see now couldn't afford) It has come to light lobbyists with the two have paid out millions to keep legislators off their backs, put simply- Senate influence was bought and if you look at it that way Obama was OWNED, being #2 of top recipients of lobby money after less than 4 years in the senate. So, interestingly even though I'll be the first to admit it would be hard to put the blame on a single person for the housing market collapse, Obama needs a long look in the mirror on that one and stop pointing the finger at McCain which he often does on this issue.
Obama is a not too bright person who has a pleasant, cigarette smoke timbre speaking voice-(he's not even that great of a speaker) whose only other qualities are his black color and a history of socialist activism and philosophy with the backing of billionare elitists who lean the same.
